I’m Maud Christal, a designer and technologist currently studying Interactive Media Arts at NYU Tisch, with minor in Marketing and a background in business, computer science, and creative technology.

My work focuses on digital product design, app development, and strategic marketing. I’ve led full-scale mobile and web redesigns using Flutter and Swift, building multi-page experiences and component libraries from the ground up. As a lead UI/UX designer at a fitness company, I completed a full app redesign, created a 14-page mobile experience, restructured information architecture, and helped define the platform’s release plan and pricing tiers.

At the University of Miami, I worked as a UI/UX designer on a semester-long project redesigning the university’s sustainability website. Our redesign was selected as the winning submission in a course-wide competition, and the university is now moving forward with implementing our version of the site and an interactive virtual tour of Centennial Village.

Alongside product work, I have hands-on experience in marketing and growth. I ran social media for Legends of IdleOn, an MMO with over 4 million players, where I created daily-content, managed Google Ads, and designed graphics. One campaign generated 200k impressions in a single week, directly leading to new installs.

Outside of tech and design, I enjoy DJing and producing music, having studied at Point Blank Music School, and currently producing tracks in Ableton.

Across everything I do, I’m interested in how technology and media influence people’s choices, how platforms shape habits and culture, and how digital products can be built with more intention and responsibility.
